How my services can fit into your Residential Project

I will work with you the homeowner or land owner in whatever capacity you choose. If you have an architect or civil engineer on board already, I will work under their direction providing insight and collaboration into the new field of Low Impact Site Development.

As an Architectural Designer I will work with you to design your new home or addition and provide construction management for any Residential project you wish to bring to fruition.

As a site Designer I will manage the entire site development, inclusive of excavation, utilities, well, outbuildings, access roads, septic, landscaping, among others.

If I provide the site development under Low Impact Development, included is a two year maintenance and instructional program that assures that the site matures properly and that the home owner has the simple knowledge on how to maintain a Low Impact or sustainable landscaped site.

I have over 40 years experience in the design and construction of residential, municipal, and light commercial projects, creating custom homes, dramatic landscapes, and recreational facilities, among other projects.

I hold the strongest commitment to quality construction and design, and pledge to work diligently to provide my clients with a rewarding Design – Build experience. I enjoy building and know you will also.
